Each piece is produced using 3D printing (layer-by-layer). While we take every precaution to maintain a high standard of quality, every print is unique and may display minor layer lines or small imperfections that are normal for the process.

Some character balls may be shipped in parts to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Final assembly is quick and simple — instructions are included, and standard super glue is all that’s required.
